Stéphanie Vieille is a scholar-practitioner with over a decade experience in higher education (curriculum development, teaching, research, supervision).
She has conducted research in various contexts and regions of the world including Europe, sub-Sahara Africa, the South Pacific and Canada and has worked with municipal, provincial and federal governments and not-for-profit organizations. She was also a research fellow with the Centre for Transitional Justice and Post-Conflict Reconstruction at Western University.
Her areas of specialization include transitional justice, social and environmental justice, strategy development, knowledge mobilization and stakeholder engagement.
Stéphanie holds a PhD in Political Science from Western University, an MA in Politics from Simon Fraser University and a BA Honours in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent at Canterbury. She is certified to teach French as a Foreign Language (Alliance Française/Université de Paris), and holds several Certificates in Adult Education (UWO, SFU), Project Management and Program Evaluation (UVIC).
