Yolaine Frossard de Saugy is a PhD candidate in international relations and comparative politics at McGill University in Montréal, Quebec.
She previously served as consultant and health financing analyst for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria, and specializes in global health governance, HIV/AIDS, minority rights, and political advocacy. She holds an MSc in African Politics from SOAS, University of London, and an MA in International History from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva.
